Whether you are new to yoga or just looking to refocus and strengthen your current practice, Loka Studios has got you covered. Loka’s Beginner’s Series is designed for students who are new, have a limited amount of experience, or looking for a yoga practice that suits their needs. This series will teach you how to build a safe and effective yoga practice that can be used daily at home, work, or on vacation.

Yoga can:

  • increase strength & flexibility
  • improved balance & sleep
  • reduce stress & pain

Come explore anatomy, breath, and meditation techniques adaptable for you and learn a little bit about Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit terms used in Yoga. (Yoga is a non-secular practice, open to all religions.)
