Come and enjoy the benefits of yoga for children enrolled in grades 1-5. Through games, poses, meditation and breathing techniques, we will have fun learning the path to mindfulness and self-awareness. Making new friends and having fun are the top priorities here!
Yoga can help your child with the following:

We teach body movements and techniques to improve focus and increase your child’s attention. Parents are welcome to participate in the studio or wait in the lobby (parents must remain on premises).
